How We Ship
Your orders ship exclusively via FedEx to ensure products arrive safely and on time. Because our handcrafted appetizers are perishable and ship frozen, we only offer expedited shipping options — standard ground shipping is not available.
Our products ship frozen in insulated packaging. To protect product quality, we cannot ship via standard ground delivery. Please plan your order accordingly.
Order Processing
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed the next business day after they are placed.
Orders are processed the next business day after placement. We do not offer same-day shipping.
We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a FedEx tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. However, because our products are frozen and perishable, delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time or shipping costs — please contact us before ordering if you are located outside the contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code, order weight, and the FedEx service level selected. You will see the exact rate before completing your purchase.

Frozen Packaging
Every order is packed in an insulated cooler box with dry ice or gel packs sufficient for the chosen transit time. Our packaging is designed to keep products frozen throughout delivery under normal shipping conditions.
If your package arrives significantly delayed by FedEx (beyond the guaranteed delivery date), or if products arrive thawed, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose a specific delivery date?FedEx does not guarantee delivery on a specific day of the week (only a delivery window). If you need product for a specific event date, we recommend ordering 2–3 days in advance and selecting FedEx Overnight to be safe.

What if no one is home to receive my order?FedEx will leave perishable packages at the door unless you have a FedEx Delivery Manager hold set up. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment and move it to a freezer promptly upon arrival.

My package was delayed by FedEx — what do I do?Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and FedEx tracking number. We will work with you to assess the product and determine next steps, including a replacement or refund if the delay caused spoilage.

Do you ship on holidays?We do not process shipments on major U.S. holidays. FedEx also does not deliver on most holidays. Please plan ahead around holiday periods, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Can I pick up my order in person?Yes! Local pickup is available for customers in the New York City area. If you’d like to arrange a pickup instead of shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can schedule a convenient time. Pickup orders avoid shipping costs entirely.
